JASON93 MESSAGING
Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
1. Information we collect
When you enroll for messaging, we collect the mobile number you submit, your consent choice, the terms version, the enrollment source, and the time of submission. When an inmate account is set up, we may also collect the BOP register number, the BOP locator result you confirm, sponsor payment and account-status records, and contact details needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to record consent, operate conversational messaging, maintain contact and account records, process payment, provide support, honor STOP, START, and HELP requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal, facility, carrier, and service-provider requirements.
3. Mobile data
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that process it only to operate the service, including hosted infrastructure, payment processing, and messaging delivery providers.
4. Retention and security
We retain consent, account, and message-related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, support, dispute resolution, provider requirements, and legal compliance. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
5. Your choices
You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request to resume by replying START. For a copy, correction, or deletion request where applicable, use the Jason93 contact page. Some records may need to be retained for compliance, security, or billing reasons.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about this policy may be sent through the Jason93 contact page.
