Terms and Conditions
Effective July 29, 2026
1. Service
Jason93 Messaging provides opt-in, conversational SMS access for approved outside contacts and eligible incarcerated participants. Enrollment, account approval, or payment does not guarantee that messaging is immediately available. Facility rules, carrier requirements, and applicable law may limit or prevent service.
2. SMS consent
By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring conversational SMS messages from Jason93 Messaging at that number. Message frequency varies with the conversation and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent applies only to the number submitted and can be withdrawn at any time as described below.
3. Stop, start, and help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop messages from this number. Reply START to request messages again. Reply HELP for assistance or use the Jason93 contact page. Opting out stops future SMS messages; it does not automatically cancel a separate paid account or subscription.
4. Account plans and billing
When an inmate account plan is offered, the price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown during Stripe Checkout before payment is submitted. Recurring plans renew until cancelled through the applicable account or billing process. Cancellation stops a future renewal; charges already processed are handled under the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
5. Contact relationships and appropriate use
A person may receive messages only after registering their own number and providing SMS consent. Do not submit another person's number, impersonate someone, send threatening or unlawful content, harass another person, or use the service for emergencies. We may suspend or limit access to protect participants, comply with a provider or facility requirement, or address suspected misuse.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, carrier requirements, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
