I've loved painting since I was 18 — the process, and the moment a client sees their finished space.
With more than 15 years in residential and commercial painting, I built Red Barn on simple values: show up on time, protect your home like it's our own, communicate openly, and don't leave until you're thrilled. Every new project is a new relationship — and most of our work comes from those relationships.

Where our name comes from
Ever wonder why old barns are red?
Long before paint stores, farmers had to make their own coatings to protect their barns. Many sealed the wood with linseed oil — an orange oil pressed from flax seed — mixed with milk, lime and, often, rust.
Rust was plentiful on the farm, it killed the fungi and moss that rot wood, and it made an excellent sealant. It also turned the mixture a deep red. When manufactured paint came along, many farmers kept choosing red to honor the tradition.
That's the spirit behind Red Barn Painting: practical, protective, built-to-last work — with a little bit of pride in how it looks.
